How long do I have to pay & what payment methods do you accept? Payment is required within 7 days of purchase. I do understand that sometimes things happen, please let me know if you will be late paying. I do combine shipping, just let me know if you are buying more than one item and I will give you a shipping discount. You may pay by PayPal with any major credit card. top^

How long after my purchase before my item is sent out? Within 24-48 hours after payment is received. I ship every day except Sunday. top^

Which shipping methods do you use?
Which shipping methods do you use? Right now I ship a majority of items using the U.S. Postal Service Priority mail, parcel post, or first class. I find it a very quick and safe way to ship, you also get a delivery confirmation number for tracking. All items are carefully packaged to be mailed. Larger order may be shipped via UPS (whichever method is the least espensive). I require insurance on all packages. I am also using a custom mailing service to help expedite packing and shipping, which is why the $3.00 handling fee.

Do you take returns? All items are guaranteed to arrive as DESCRIBED. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If the item arrives damaged or broken as a result of shipping, we will work with you through either USPS or UPS to resolve the damages as long as insurance was purchased. top^

What are the clothing item conditions?
What are the clothing item conditions? Most of my items are very gently used, I go over each item throughly and do my best to accurately describe them in detail, I am only human and make a mistake now and then, please let me know right away if you should receive an item with a flaw that I missed. Please email me with all your questions, if you want me to double check measurements. Below are the standards I rate clothing on: * New with tags or New without tags: Never washed or worn; no flaws.* * Like new: Appears new, no signs of wear; washed and possibly worn; no flaws. * Excellent: Previously worn, with only very slight wash wear; no flaws. * Very good: Previously worn with moderate wash wear/fade, but no visible flaws. top^

Why do you charge a handling fee?
We are currently charging the $3.00 handling fee, as my work hours are sometimes so strange that I cannot get the items you purchased in a timely manner to the post office. This is not fair to you, the consumer, and with the physical condition of my wife, she is unable to take the items to the post office herself. Therefore, we have partnered with a small company to assist us in packing the items and getting them mailed off to you the consumer and forwarding the tracking numbers to you in a very timely manner.

We live in the Tri-City area of Washington State. If you live close enough and would like to pick up the item in person, we will accept cash on delivery and you may save the postage, insurance, and handling fees.
